Usability Studies

Usability TestingUsability studies establish the adherence to label directions and use of the product in an ethnographic setting to determine whether the stakeholder understands when and how to take a medication, or how to properly administer a medication. For example, the actual-use studies determine adherence to the label directions under conditions of actual use and when to contact a healthcare professional (in response to specific warning language). Human factors are often measured in this type of research.
